Daniil Khanin

Daniil Khanin is a Barcelona-based entrepreneur and unit-economics expert, founder and CEO of ueCalc (Khanin Solutions S.L.). He has a long track record in internet business, starting in 1998, and built several ventures including Webreklama (2005–2013) and MeXa (2013–2018), as well as a personalization service for e-commerce (Crossss, 2012–2014). He joined Sber in 2022 to study user experience and data-driven approaches for e-commerce, and in 2023 published the first book dedicated to unit economics, Unit Economics for Startups and Businesses. In 2017 he founded ueCalc to combine unit economics with financial modeling; the flagship ueCalc.X product helps startups model unit economics using Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints. ueCalc now serves thousands of users globally.
