From Advisor to Advocate

Ksenia, after years of advising countless startups, you've now co-founded AutiHD. Could you articulate the core mission driving AutiHD today, and what profound shifts in understanding you hope to foster regarding neurodiversity and inclusion?

Our fundamental mission at AutiHD is to cultivate a more inclusive world where everyone has the freedom to develop their inherent talents and unique strengths. We firmly believe that true inclusion extends beyond merely opening doors; it means actively creating spaces and providing the support necessary for individuals to genuinely flourish. A significant aspect of our work involves educating the public, raising awareness, and deepening understanding about what neurodiversity truly means in practical terms. The more open conversations we have, the greater our capacity to transform how workplaces and communities perceive and value diverse talent. Regarding our Mindory App, which anyone can try, our focus over the next six months is twofold: enhancing our marketing efforts and continuously refining the iOS version based on the invaluable feedback we receive from our users. This iterative process of listening and adapting is precisely how we build a solution that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives.
Always start from the real problems of future users, not from your own imagination; and second, realize how few solutions are truly focused on improving people’s everyday quality of life.

AutiHD's Adaptive AI Solutions
For neurodivergent users, trust and clarity are critical. We follow a principle of explainable AI: every suggestion can be traced back to the signal that triggered it.

From a strategic business development standpoint, what innovative partnership and market adoption approaches are you actively implementing to ensure AutiHD's successful scaling and broad integration within the intricate European ecosystem?

Luxembourg serves as an excellent starting point for us. It is a small, multilingual, and highly connected environment, which allows us to test and adapt our solutions with remarkable speed. We're consistently receiving invaluable direct feedback from the market, including from institutions that work closely with autistic individuals, enabling us to implement changes rapidly and keep our solution closely aligned with real-world needs. Looking ahead, a core component of our strategy revolves around reimbursement. Our aspiration is for our solution to be covered by insurance, which is a realistic goal given that many European countries are progressively adopting more flexible policies for digital health tools. This creates a significant opportunity for us to scale while simultaneously ensuring the product remains accessible to a wider audience. Concurrently, we are also actively forging partnerships with companies eager to enhance their workplace inclusion efforts. For us, market adoption isn't solely about navigating the healthcare system; it's also about directly collaborating with employers who genuinely recognize the value of supporting their neurodivergent employees. This combined approach, leveraging both healthcare and workplace channels, positions us uniquely within the dynamic European market.
