Ksenia Golubeva is the CBDO and a co-founder of AutiHD, a Luxembourg-based healthtech startup building an all-in-one, AI-driven platform to support neurodivergent adults (ADHD and autism) with stress monitoring, daily-life structure, and workplace tools. Before AutiHD, she spent over 12 years as a startup advisor and corporate innovation lead in Eastern Europe, launching 50+ pilots with large corporations and generating a deal flow of 3,000+ startups per year as Managing Director at The Untitled Ventures. She is based in Luxembourg and focuses on strategic partnerships and market adoption to scale AutiHD's holistic solution.
